Shipping Policy

Shipping Time


After you successfully placed an order at RenhotecIC.com, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information of your package. Also, you can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Kindly advise: please select DHL/FedEx if you need our product urgently.

The timeline of the whole shipping process is shown below:

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is successfully placed to the time received. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s), includes preparing your items, performing quality inspections, and packaging for shipment. Normally, the processing time is 1-3 days (Only include Monday to Saturday ) after getting your order.

Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you chose. Please refer to the shipping rate section for details.

Kindly Notice: Renhotec offers a flat shipping rate of $10.00 for all orders(USPS/EUB Ocean). You will receive an email notice within 24 hours if your order was rejected by USPS/EUB Ocean. Simply reply to the email to get help from our human agent. 

For the Express shipping plan, the listed price is an estimated value for a 0.5KG package. We will have a human agent contact you by email or phone if the actual cost of shipping exceeds the amount you paid.

Tracking Your Package


Once your order has been shipped. RenhotecIC Service team will send you an email with your tracking number for you to follow up.

If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.Some packages, such as standard international deliveries, aren't trackable. If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Here is the universal tracking website for you. Simply paste the tracking number and search. If the site shows anything else than shipping information, please contact us without hesitation.

Sometimes,  the tracking information may not be available, please check the reason as follow:


The first package scan may be on arrival at a regional hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package.

The first package scan may not be until delivery.

There may be a delay in updates to the tracking database.

Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, aren't trackable.


If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed, and your tracking information hasn't changed, allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Or you could send us a email to sales@renhotecic.com for help. Usually, packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date.


Customs Charge/Import Tax


Customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged under Customs Clearance.  Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. 

This is friendly advice for you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. RenhotecIC is not able to cover the taxes and customs duties in your country. 

If you refuse delivery of a package due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.
