If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

 

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights 

 

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 DAYS or 72 HR without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order(after-sale service)  is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

 

Warranty

 

 

Warranty period. The contractual warranty period of our products is fixed at 6 months. The warranty period runs from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice.

Conditions. Renhotecic After-Sales Service will accept defective product(s) in the scope of warranty coverage at the sale condition that a request for return has been made to and confirmed by RenhotecIC

 

Required documentation. Renhotecic After-Sales Service will accept defective product(s) in the scope of warranty coverage at the sale condition that the defect has been clearly defined, and upon reception of A copy of the invoice, indicating the date of purchase, the type of product, the serial number, the name of the customer.

 

Warranty exclusions. RenhotecIC warranty shall not apply:

To accessories such as but not limited to washers, nuts;

To normal wear of the product;

 

Warranty of repairs. Repairs, modifications, or replacements of defective parts during the warranty period do not extend the warranty period.

 

Returning Goods

 

Upon reception of the return request and if the product is in the scope of warranty, RenhotecIC will send a Return Approval email to the client within 10 (ten) working days.


To return an item, please email customer service at sales@renhotecic.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

You are responsible for the risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


Fees. The shipping fees for returned products will be shared as described hereinafter:

 

Address. Every product return must be made within 15 (fifteen) days upon reception by the client of the return confirmation by Renhotecic After Sales Service and sent to the address indicated on the Return Label by RenhotecIC After-Sales Service.

 

Diagnosis. Upon reception of the returned product by our After-Sales Service, a diagnosis of failure is established. If the product is still in the scope of warranty, it will be repaired, exchanged (according to availabilities), or a credit note will be issued. The issuance of a credit note only applies to the products purchased directly from RenhotecIC.

 

Duration of repair. Renhotecic commits to repair, exchange, or issue a credit note for the returned product as fast as it is possible. The average duration for a repair or an exchange is 15 (fifteen) working days. However, this duration is given for information purposes only and shall not give rise to any compensation of any sort in case this duration would be exceeded.

 

Tracking. If the client wishes to obtain updates on the repair of a returned product, his request must be sent by email to sales@renhotecic.com.

 

Refunds

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

 

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds will be returned to the payment account within 5 business days.  If you don't get it in time, please contact us freely.
